I know this question has been asked but does anyone think he has a
shot? I think he has a good chance when you factor in the World Cup of
'96 and the his Olympic participation. Hopefully the Hall will factor
in the three season ending injuries he sustained(without those he
certainly would have had a minimum 350 NHL victories).
I watched the tribute at the beginning of the game and must say
that the orginazation can put on a very good show. ANyone think Graves
will get his due? We all know that Leetch & Messier are getting
their's, but I think Graves is more than deserving. Oh, and of course
Kamensky.

Glen Healy said on WFAN after the game, "Without a doubt, he's a Hall of
Famer."

I thought it would of been funny, when Graves was saying of ALL
goaltenders he would choose to play a 7th game, he said Billy Smith, but
Mike would be 7th. THAT would of been funny.

Of course, he was talking about Mike Francesa at the time.

Please, I can already hear Mad Dog cackling in the background. He should
just not be allowed to laugh on the air.

Oh, and of course
Kamensky.
The tough part would be trying to decide whether Kamensky enters in an
Avs, Rangers, or Devils jersey.

In my opinion he always was and always will be a Devil.

Richter is borderline...I think he'll squeak in, due to how important he
was to the Cup winning team, as well as the fact that he's the best US
goalie ever. Graves...great guy. Not a HOF player.

Richter comes up a little short in my eyes. I think three things will
help his cause though, the SC, the World Cup(Canada Cup) and the fact
he's from the USA.

I think the fact that he is the best American born goaltender is what will
swing the vote in his favor.

I think he was referring to getting his number retired at the garden. I
don't think anyone could agree Graves is going to make the Hockey Hall of
Fame
